At Circle TLC Ranch, we believe in the power of healing, growth, and transformation. Founded in 2010 and nestled in “San Diego’s backyard” in Lakeside, California, our mission is to walk alongside individuals, families, and organizations on their journey toward breakthrough and renewal.

Our Equine-Assisted Therapy programs provide a safe space for children, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma, abuse, mental illness, or deep personal struggles. Through meaningful, hands-on interactions with our horses, participants find healing, rebuild trust, and discover new strength.

But our work doesn’t stop at personal restoration. We also partner with corporate teams, executives, and organizations to unlock leadership potential and strengthen collaboration. Through equine-assisted coaching, leadership retreats, and team-building sessions, professionals experience firsthand how authentic communication, trust, and presence create stronger leaders and healthier teams.
